I took this shot sometime back in February, when I was in Toronto shopping for a wedding suit. Toronto is experimenting with adding a pedestrian-only signal at busy intersections, so people can cross in any direction. Hence the name, Scramble, which also nicely fits the pleasing disorder of this intersection in general.
Accommodating pedestrians? That's crazy talk! I love the chaos here and how it's reinforced by the larger than life models in the ads.
