with the chain fence and the lit windows it seems we're looking at some us-and-them distopian future here...the haves have the light and the others can just try to sell trinkets through the fence.

Nice - makes me think of Edward Hopper, not so much in terms of composition, it just has that kind of a feel to it. I like how the chain link fence to the right gives it a bit of a sense of shadiness.
