One would be inclined to describe this building as garish, but it actually fits in quite well with the neighbourhood, although it's a tad over the top. La Boca is the old port neighbourhood of Buenos Aires. Poor Italian immigrants who worked the docks cobbled together homes, using everything from corrugated metal, bricks and wood from crates. Paint was whatever could be scrounged as well, so buildings are often multi-coloured.
Enough to make your eyes bleed!
