Camera: Pentax K10D, 18-55mm SMC-Pentax DA lens. Iguazu Falls, Brazil.
of course, we saw more than the falls at Iguazu while we were there. One of the things our guide mentioned was an indigenous species of butterflies that have an 88 pattern on their wings. This was the first one I found, and also the first time I found myself cursing leaving my macro lens at home. Of greater rarity is the 80, which I never saw.
nicely done!

Stunning! Love the crisp contrast, the colours on the butterfly and the depth of field.
